Simple order of climate friendly shipping
A contractual GoGreen agreement is made for all shipments. GoGreen can be booked for all shipments and returns both throughout Germany and internationally.
The simplest way to prepare a shipment is to commission it via your DHL 2-Mann-Handling contact as part of the contract or as a follow-up. To mark the shipment for CO2-compensated shipping, the GoGreen logo is either printed on the label or attached to the shipment label.
Reliable delivery with DHL 2-Mann-Handling
The CO2 emissions caused by the transport per shipment are calculated according to the specifications of ISO 14064 and compensated through external projects. The auditing and certification of the entire process is carried out by an external certification company.
We provide you with an annual certificate on the previous year's customer-related CO2 emissions, which you may use for promotional purposes. In this way, you can also show your customers that you ship your goods in a climate-friendly way.
Our climate protection projects
The purchase of CO2 credits ensures offsetting for customers who use our climate neutral GoGreen service.
To offset emissions, we support high-quality climate protection projects worldwide. This is beneficial for the climate and for local residents. We are also committed to supporting climate protection projects in Germany and Mexico.
- As part of our cooperation with Klimahelden Aschaffenburg, we have already participated in a tree planting initiative in the Taunus region and regularly donate to tree planting campaigns and other activities of the association, such as promoting the knowledge of climate protection among children.
- In 2022, we were able to plant 1200 trees in Mexico through our cooperation with "Plant for the Planet".

We have been able to implement the following measures at our central hub in Ludwigsau:
- Implementation of site-specific measures as part of the annual environmental and action plan
- Supply of the site with 100% green electricity
- Building equipment with LED lighting and high-quality isolation to reduce energy consumption
- Complete switchover of the industrial truck fleet to environmentally friendly electric forklifts
- Training of our employees as part of the Group-wide "Certified GoGreen Specialist" training program
- Certification according to 14001 (environmental management system) and to ISO 50001 (energy management system)
